    New Dark Elixir Troop: Mer-man (PLEASE READ)

    You asked for it, you got it.

    "The next DE troop needs to be more powerful than a witch."

    "If you do that, it'll be OP..."

    This troop is powered by Dark Elixir...to be more precise, driven insane by it.

    It leaves the safety of his watery home in search of more Dark Elixir and for Revenge. The Dark Elixir that used to be easily accessible to him underwater has been mined to almost extinction. He comes to the surface to face those who would steal his precious liquid...and make them pay for their crimes!

    His main weapon of choice is his TRIDENT that he throws with horrific results. (Splash applies to air units as well)

    His DPS and HP are so high because he has a fatal flaw...he cannot survive for long on land.

    He can only meet out his vengeance for 30 seconds. Then he must go back to the water, take a breath and then continue his assault...

    Depending on where you drop him...he is wasting precious time. If he doesn't make it back to the water within 10 seconds after his limit, he automatically dies.

    How does the troop "go back to water"? Is there a button similar to BK and AQ to send him back? That would limit you to only training one of this troop at a time. Also, I think the stats are a bit OP even if he can only stay out for 30 seconds and attack range is too far considering the splash dmg he can deal out.

    Probably does it automatically.

    You have the right idea, trying to make the troop different from the others, but I don't think it would survive so long that the 30 second limit would weaken the troop very much.

    The bottom of each "base" has water...he basically runs there and then comes back out. Splash can be removed...I was just trying to see how FAR is too FAR attack wise.

    I thought it would be fun to have them kept in the water after creation...Something to look at in the water...still takes up camp space, but they sit in the water waiting for their time for vengeance.

    I was wondering about the time limit. How about 20 seconds...too much and it becomes ineffective completely.
