Player and clan market (An easy way to recruit members and find suitable clans)

Hi! A new suggestion for Clash Of Clans:

As a player, Clash Of Clans doesn't have an easy way to find clans of your liking and requirements (global chat is the most preferred way). As a clan leader, it's hard to find players of your liking. What if ?... there was a market of players looking for clans and a list of clans open for new members. Like so:

I'm a player looking for a new clan. I'm level 85, 2400 trophies and town hall 8. I go to the clan market tab and I can post myself on the market with my skills (level 85, 2400 trophies and town hall 8). Clan leaders can search up players from different tabs (level 80-90, crystal league etc.) and can invite these players if they like what they see. The player then has a list of clans that want him/her and has a choice as well. As a player, I can search the clans looking for players tab with the same options (level 80-90 ...) and join a clan.

Another additional feature for the 'player market' tabs will be timed and restricted members. For example, a clan can accept a player for a trial of 10 days. They are not applicable for promotions and at the end of the ten days they have a choice to stay or leave (and the clan leaders have a choice to kick them out or not).

Thought this would be a great addition to the game! Here's an example of the market:

What an excellent idea! This would make recruiting correct level members extremely easy... Sadly supercell wont see this.

Wow this idea is amazing. As a leader this will help recruiting so much!! Maybe also elders and COs can have the ability to look on this page?

It is a good idea but only for those high lv and to all the leader. What about those players are low lv? If all high lv in one clan and get all high troops donation while low lv together and just get all the low troops. So how can their clan castle troops help them to do the best defence when getting attack from high lv players with low trophy.
In a clan should have strong and weak players to help the balance.
