I think clan Leader should has this "ban" power to ban the people are just jumpping around clans to get good troops without donating. Or to those have been kick out for being rude and then come back just to annoying.
This option should just for Leader only.

They do already. There's a 1 day ban from that clan when you get kicked from it.

Yes I agree there should be a permanent ban that the leaders can do, no the ban is only 24 hours long

Yes I agree you should have the ability of banning people not in your clan, but only leader and COs have this ability
