Hi mate, I think what your saying is quite confusing. So are you suggesting for people to pay for a Pro version in order to get some new features?

You would, but what if other people don't?

I am pretty sure the vast majority of people playing clash and probably most other games at one time or another say wouldn't it be cool if you could do this that and the other. This is what I am saying. I am happy to pay for software if it's something I enjoy and make regular use of.
it makes the game unfair, it's not like in other games where if you pay for the pro version you get access to more levels, clash of clans is a strategy game, and levels are different from features. if features were to be added they should be implemented in all versions, the devs cannot handle trying to improve experience of the free version and add things to the premium version at the same time, it makes the game EXTREMELY unfair. think of the people who don't have money to buy games come to play Clash and they are limited to bad gameplay and if they want good ones they'd need to pay money to get it.

Basically yes. But major new features not just tweeks. Supercell like all other software companies want to make a little money from their efforts. Introducing major new features takes time and effort. This has to be paid for and I for one given that the basic current game is very good would pay for such an upgrade. As I already said it would be optional. I use a piece of software called Cubase, it cost over £400. Every so often they release an update at a cost of around £80 for a major upgrade. I can choose to pay this fee and upgrade but if the features are not what I would make use of or want then I can simply choose not to upgrade and carry on with the version I have. Perhaps it's just me and I am alone in thinking quality deserves to be rewarded. I think a lot of people think that games and apps on mobile devices should be free. Not so, they take development and investment. Perhaps a choice of a small upgrade fee or adverts could be offered. Give me the ad free version at a small cost every time.

I dont agree grew as the current game allows advantage to those willing to pay for gems. An average player buying gems as and when they need them will progress further and quicker than an average person that chooses not to purchase gems. The choice is theirs. The overall game would be the same with my scenario just some features would not be available unless you paid or chose to have adverts. You could still progress the same as others.

Feature is what we are talking about here, you pay 1 euro and you can challenge any player you want, test your own defense, have dual duels, and real time defense against attacks. it makes the game unfair, it isn't like other mobile games such as angry bird, or games that does't have free versions. you pay in angry bird, you get some boosts and more levels to play with. whereas you idea suggests that people pay a dollar and get OP features. if the idea was changed to you get a loot increase + some gem for 2.99 euro then there's a difference. As your idea suggests, people that don't pay does not get the feature, that is unfair, you could get gems in game by clearing obstacles. Features are not the same as in game currencies.
