MISSION: We are a highly active clan seeking additional quality, committed members, who value being part of a team and together strive for Clash of Clan greatness. We don't care what level you are at as long as you are a committed player, you donate often, and you follow the rules. It is our goal to have fun first and foremost! We want to build a solid membership with a longterm goal of cracking the upper ranks of the leader boards. But for us it is about the process as much as the end result. We want to continue to grow at a healthy pace, and help other clan members to do the same. As our clan grows we will try to balance our membership by town hall (TH) level, geography (time zones), and donation rates. This will ensure that we're growing optimally as a clan— we'll have a balanced amount of high TH members to low TH members and ensure that there's also ways players active 24-7 to fill donations. Right now we're welcoming all players to submit for membership!! In the future, as we balance our ranks, you can come back to this post to see what we're looking for specifically.
RULES: 1) We put a greater value on your donation stats than on the amount of cups you have or what level you are. You must be an active member and contribute a minimum of 25 (subject to change) troop capacity per week. Your donation stats will be audited every Sunday evening. 2) Act mature and be cool to each other! No negativity towards other clan members— ZERO TOLERANCE. If you don't want to make new friends and be a team player, don't join this clan. 3) Do not ask to become Elder. The Elders will discuss and vote you in if we think you are suited to be Elder. 4) The default donation is ARCHERS. Unless someone specifically asks for another type of troop, give them archers. Keep at least 5 archers on hand so you are always ready to donate. Do not be upset if someone cannot give you the specific kind of troop you asked for. 5) Monitor this Clan Vaering forum post at least once per week for new developments and clan updates. 6) It's a game, have fun.

Would you like to become an Elder of Clan Vaering? Here's how:
1) You must be an existing member of Clan Vaering (for at LEAST one week)
2) To be considered you must have reached 500 donations in one week (Monday to Sunday) and will be expected to maintain a minimum of 300 donations per week moving forward.
3) You must be active and friendly in the clan chat, be welcoming to new members and offer advice to growing beginner players.
4) You must be willing to help recruit new members to Clan Vaering and represent the clan in a positive manner at all times. You must also be active in our Elder-Only message board and will be expected to vote and give feedback on clan matters.
5) When you decide you are ready to become an Elder based on the info above you must PM (private message) me through this forum (just click on my username). Let me know your COC player name and that you would like to be considered for Elder. It is not solely up to me— I will call a vote on your behalf and all of the current clan Elders will vote on whether to promote you. If you've met the qualifications above, your chances are very good.
