Of course. Same as what happens when you buy a game like CoD and then stop playing after a while. All the time you spent on it and the money you spent on purchasing the game will be gone.

In the year 2020, Clash of Clans has lost its popularity. The developers have successfully developed a game that lasted more then most. But what will happen when the servers shut down... FOREVER. Does that mean we lost thousands of dollars/pounds on this game? Will we still be able to play the game? Will we get refunded (probably not)?

What will the overall thought be? Sad and Sad and Sad but I will still remember, that the time I've spent was not wasted, because i enjoyed every second of it. Life is about being happy, remember to not overlook the small things that contribute to a happy life. Don't get ready for "a big"moment in your life that suddenly makes you happy. Live life at its fullest everyday.

I love reading your posts. I 100% agree though, people need to see that they spend money in other areas(like Xbox) where others spend it here. Its like going to an amusement park, not permanent but fun at the time.

I'd be pretty upset, no doubt.

That is one reason why I personally wouldn't spend $10,000 on in game virtual currency.

Clash will shut down when people stop spending money on the game. If people are not spending money on the game they have given up and no longer care about their "investment". As has been stated money spent in clash is for entertainment purposes and just like a movie you do not get a refund when it's over or no longer in theaters.

The hundreds of dollars kids spend on their games would be proportional to the $10,000 adults spend because adults have jobs and kids dont. You cant always think in a straight line, got to look at the bigger picture
