I might just take you up on the offer to use it. I can't tell you how to manage your thread lol. I'm interested in finding out how you made that blur effect with Orochimaru (snake guy on the left). I'm never able to smudge that lightly. Also wondering how you made that light right behind Naruto's head?

I don't know how to explain it to you for pixlr because idk if its similar to gimp. Photoshop and gimp are VERY similar. so most of the time it doesn't matter which tutorial your watching.

Well anyways this is what I did to do the blur effect:

1. I go to filters
2. I go blur
3. go to motion blur
4. select my options and how I want it
5. I press done

For the light for naruto
1. I create a new layer about the naruto render
2. I select the 2. Hardness 025 brush
3. select my color, which is yellow
4. I brush where I want the light to be
5. I set the layer on screen
6. I move the opacity level up and down until I find one that satisfies me
