First of all, 50 speed is a crazy amount. Also, a Phoenix is all fire, and your trying to make it freeze stuff? I don't like this idea.

It won't freeze but atleast heat them so much that they melt and work unfunctionally

I wanted to make a change that it will slow down defenses, weakens them too.
