I need help with my base! And I'm serious its bad!

My base is posted below, it's not been doing so good for the past 2 days I've been getting 2-3 stared every attack and the base below is just not helping (sorry pekaboo) does anyone have any base ideas or a base I could copy because I'm unable to get to masters (4 trophies away last time).

put your th outside so you get a free shield from th7's sniping up. Then you can revenge them for 50 trophies
Also, if you need to put your de storage or something next to your cornered th to bribe people to snipe you.

Use Ringus its amazing and works, I don't think I have had a 3 star since I have moved to it, and even 2 stars are rare.

That's a really smart idea! But has some issues like th10 rapping me if I'm off and a th 7 don't snipe me

You might be a bit too high in cups for being a weak TH9.

Are you farming or cupping?

If farming, use a farming layout down low in the 16-1700 range.

If cupping, here are a few decent bases.
