    Custom Hero Scouting Path

I've had this idea for awhile now so figured I'd post it up and see what people think. Forumers here are usually really good at foreseeing a slippery slope with most ideas...sooo let's see what you've got.

    My idea:

In a gist, lower the hero scouting radius to make it equal to that of the tesla. Then give players the ability to trace with their finger, a custom patrol route for the hero to scout. The route will have a maximum length (say 50 tiles), but no limitations aside from that.

For example, I could make some crazy zig zag route for my barb king, make my archer queen walk a circle around the base, or have both them literally just stand on their bed (aka not assigning a path). The possibilities are endless really.

Imo, it would be really fun and strategic and could improve defenses if done right (especially for higher level play and maxed heroes)

Thoughts, questions, comments, concerns? Thanks for reading.

    Nice idea,

except with a radius of 7 tiles (tesla tile range) how would you lure them out if they were centered in the base?

My thinking is that if a player just keeps the hero standing on its pad in middle with the radius of a tesla there would be ways to just avoid it altogether.

if the player strategize and has his hero follow a certain path then it will be able to be lured, but will also be more effective if it isn't lured.
