Copy War Base to Normal Base Layout and Vice Versa Button

Create a button on the editing screens to copy the war base layout to the normal base or the normal base layout to the war base.

This would be really useful. I thought about a reset button, but the idea of each way copy is good. Copying from war layout to normal might have problems with obstacles.

A reset button, copying the current normal layout to the war map would be excellent.
