    Defense Boosts!

    Hello!

    Yes I DO realize this is in the wrong place, but it will get no where there!

    I have been thinking about this for a while, and just now got around to posting it!

    Anyway, I believe supercell and the 3500+ players would love this idea. Why? Because Sc gets money, and the champs get more won defenses! I'll tell you what else I think is good about this idea later!

    So, Down to the point. These values will need shaped up of course, as I'm not Sc's ceo, however, these are my reasonable for sc and the players prices and info:

    Cannon:
    Unlocks at: level 7
    Duration: 3 attacks against the player
    Affect: Damage increase x2, hp boost by 1/4 of the current hp
    Cost: starts at 9 for level 7, and goes up 2 gems per level

    Archer Tower:
    Unlocks at: level 6
    Duration: 3 attacks against the player
    Affect: Shoots X arrows, one per archer on the stand, Damage boost x1.5
    Cost: 7 at level 6, goes up 2 per level

    Wizard tower:
    Unlocks at: level 3
    Duration: 3 attacks against the player
    Affect: +3 square range, x1.5 damage boost, slight increase in firing speed
    cost: 5 at level 3, goes up by 2 until level 6, then up by 3

    Mortar:
    Unlocks at: level 4
    Duration: 3 attacks against the player
    Affect: +1 square range, 2 dps increase
    Cost: 6 at level 4, goes up by 3 per level

    Air defense:
    Unlocks at: level 4
    Duration: 3 attacks against the player
    Affect: Shoots 1 flare per barrel, rather than the standard 1 overall, splits number off shots evenly among up to 4 targets
    Cost: 6 At level 4, goes up by 3 per level

    Hidden Tesla:
    Unlocks at: level 2
    Duration: 3 alertings during attacks
    Affect: electricity travels through all nearby troops in a 2 tile radius around the target, doing 1/4 of the dps to the ailemented troops
    Cost: 3 at level 2, goes up by 3 per level

    Xbow:
    Unlocks: Upon building completion
    Duration: 2 attacks against the player
    Affect: Uses only x0.75 of the elixir, does x1.5 damage
    Cost: 7 at level 1, goes up by 5 per level

    Inferno Tower Single Target:
    Unlocks: upon building completion
    Duration: 2 attacks against the player
    Affect: catches troops 1 square around the target on fire doing 25 dps, lasting for 2 seconds after out of ailament range
    cost: 10 at level 1, goes up by 10 per level

    Inferno Tower Multi-Target:
    Unlocks: Upon building completion
    Duration: 2 Attacks against the player
    Affect: Can target 3 extra troops, 5 dps boost for level 1, 7 for 2, and 10 for 3
    Cost: 10 at level 1, goes up by 10 per level




    FAQ:
    Q: Why should Supercell implement this?
    A: They don't HAVE to! It's just an idea trophy pushers, and high level players would like!

    Q: Won't this get OP?
    A: It may, that's why I said Sc may modify it to their liking!

    Q: What if I have a good or frequently asked question?
    A: If people ask it enough it'll end up in the faq!

    Q: Can we boost traps?
    A: No. Only boost things that are worth a percentage!

    So you purposely put it in wrong section? So does your awesome idea exclude you from the rules?

    No. But the mods bent it for some of the others, and there hasn't been one on for over an hour to ask, so I got impatient. Please don't police the forums! You are not a moderator and I cannot move my post!

    Bad idea.

    The whole system of gemming is to leave everyone on an equal playing field. Gemmers, while they can progress faster than those who don't gem, are just as strong as the next person who has progressed equally as far.

    Supercells gem system is so successful because it allows the people who want to get stronger, faster feel like their money is being spent in a way that is useful. Those who don't necessarily have the deep pockets can have just as strong a base though it may take longer to get there.

    This concept completely contradicts their entire system and I personally think it's a bad idea. However, kudos for the time you spent considering all of this.

    Thank you for your feedback! I agree most people should have an equal chance, but have you seen some of the th10's in crystal with 25 wooden walls, and th 10's with level 3 infernos at sub 200? it's a little out now, so it couldn't get much worse!

    @Officer, despite your name, I do not like being put under arrest for something you have no control over! You can't change it, so why waste your time ranting and raving over it?

    I assure you, TH10s in sub 200 are few and far between and TH10s with wooden walls aren't going to benefit from boosting their defenses as their problem isn't their defensive capability, but their ability to farm to bolster the things they skipped in previous town hall levels.

    This would be horribly detrimental to the game as a whole.

    Like I said, it would be well liked among champions, which are sc's main money source, I do realize it will throw the gaame off balance, but just by a little! I am c1, and it takes me 20 minutes to find a base i can get a star on because of current imbalances! I am lower level than some people, so it is unfair to me to have to fight them! It is all about choice! I am not trying to be rude, I am trying to balance negatives with positives!

    I personally don't really see any positives with this idea. You're saying it takes you 20 minutes to find a base you can successfully star, but you want them to have the ability to make their defenses even stronger so it's harder for you to find bases that you can defeat?

    I guess I don't really see the logic.

    Funny thing is that you think this will get more attention in general. This is the dumping ground of the forums, u think SC really wades through the garbage looking for good ideas, they look in the ideas sub forum for them.
    Does SC remove every inactive village? Read this thread.
