There should be a way to mark someone in the enemy clan in clan wars, like instead of saying "i call #12" in clan chat, you can press mark during the preperation phase so everyone can see it and then it'll disappear after you attack them, but each person can only be marked by one person. This way the people who don't read the clan chat before attacking in wars will be able to see it in front of them before they attack and then they have no excuse of why they took your attack and can be kicked.
