Is there a specific order that the clan castle units come out of it when you deploy it on offense? Is it first-in first-out (FIFO), last-in first-out (LIFO), or by unit strength?
Reason is that when I deploy the clan castle on offense, say I have a golem and a wizard in there. I would want the golem to come out first, so that the defenses will target the golem first; and then the wizard follows. If the wizard came out first, it would die before the golem was even targeted.

The order is static and will always be the same. There is a list in the wikia, but if you click info on your CC and look at the order the units are shown, that's the order they'll get out.
Troops leave the castle in the following order: Barbarians, Archers, Goblins, Giants, Wall Breakers, Balloons, Wizards, Healers, Dragons, P.E.K.K.A.s, Minions, Hog Riders, Valkyries Golems, Witches. Thus it is possible to "clean" a castle used for offensive purpose from the lesser troops by dropping it and then surrendering the battle before the higher troops had time to come out of the castle.
