I would like to think you can donate both Gold and Elixir... SO many times i'm waiting to save up and get so close when... BAMM i get attacked and Raided...

Have various options of donating/trading available. Not everyone would give away free Gold, but maybe would trade for Elixir... and vise versa. Some might give you Elixir if you give them gold. Ehh??

But yes, also for those WHO WANT to be generous, you know helping the newbs who just couldn't offer you enough of the other resource to make a diff for you, but your donations would save them... yes, allow free donations as well for either Gold or Elixir!!

Make it only possible within clan. Also, ea option comes at different level Clan Castle. Hell it could already be made available and I wouldn't have any idea, cause my Clan Castle is only L2.
But if not, make donations needing L2 or L3... and trading a little higher, L4 or L5... Idk.
But adding to this donation, you have to have your Clan Castle at the needed level to Receive as well as donate. Also, allow for custom amounts, instead of set amounts.

Yes so often I want to donate gold to my clan . In constantly maxed out on gold !! I don't know why it just happens . Check out my clan stone dogs if your into equal donations cheers !

Soon, people will open 50 different accounts and use those accounts to donate gold to themselves... It would be nice, but people will abuse it.

EDIT: Even if you were to trade gold for elixer, it would be easier for supercell to make clash only have 1 resource.
