Suggesting new rules of Clan War

I want to suggest, just to put the punnishment for the people who leaves while doing clan wars.
They are burden for us active players. I hope there will be new rule that says : "Players who leave while doing clan wars will be banned from clan wars for at least 1 week"

It's a bummer when people bail. Not sure what we can do with it though.
