SC changes your IGN if it is personal or offensive.

so since your first name is being revealed, they might just be able to change it.

I got my username changed because it revealed my first and last name.

According to Supercell, you can only change it if it's offensive or includes your full name. Otherwise, don't even bother trying.

I couldn't really see this name being offensive, and some of my friends have their first and last names as their IGN. I suppose SC might be able to change it, by it isn't giving away too much personal info.
