I believe one of the guys from InTheDark spent a week sub-200 completing it.
Pretty much the only way you'll ever complete it.
I think Inigo Montoya did it, not sure though. I haven't checked.

I guess if you drop trophies with a strong base and simply put your full storages outside, you should get lots of defense win quite rapidly ;-)
