Great idea, was hoping someone would do this, no begging no loads of chat to keep up with, perfect. I was surprised with a couple of negative comments at beginning as I think people will be falling over themselves for this type of hood, I can quietly help,when I can but not feel bad if I can't.

Change to Neighborhood Leaving/Returning Policy
^This was the original policy for members who leave the neighborhood and later want to return. There's a small but important change.
Members in good standing can still come and go as needed as long as there's vacancy. (This is a neighborhood not a jail)
But now, when members in good standing leave - for whatever reason - I'll hold their spot for three days, even if we're at maximum capacity and we get new applications to join.
Three days means 2 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes. It's up to the leaving member to keep track of the time they're away. I won't be messaging them asking if they want me to reserve their space. The leaving member doesn't have to notify me they're leaving/returning. They can if they want to, but there's no need. This process will be automatic.
Why the change? I've come to realize that some valued, respectful members rely on trading to grow their farms. They sometimes need to join other neighborhoods to conduct those trades.
And more importantly, I just noticed that the NH chat, conveniently, has a date/time stamp for NH arrivals and departures. Meaning, I won't have to spend time/energy keeping personal records of when people come and go. And that's the rationale for many of the rules of this NH: what will create the least administrative burden.
