Donate trophies so high league people like 'Crystal, Master, or Champion' can lower their trophies so If they're in a bronze league, no one would dare to raid him or her so they're resources couldn't be take if they're in Farming Mode. And so low leagues like gold can receive to crystal, master, or Champion. So that the both of them would be satisfied

This is a terrible idea sorry. It would completely ruin the whole challenging concept of trophy pushing..
