New Clan! No drama… No pressure! Adult only pls
Hello! We are a new clan who is looking for members who will stay loyal
and help us build the clan from the ground up.
We except all levels… we could use higher levelsbut have no problem with people just starting out ~~ Because, hey, we all had to start somewhere, right! And the game isn't any fun if everyone expects
you to be an expert on the first day.
WE GET THAT!!
...So, here's the deal…
(Summary at bottom)
TITLES:
Elder title after you have been with the clan one week (So we're sure you might be staying a while)
or have participated actively in a clan war.
At this time, Co-leader isn't available because, well… you can't have too many cooks in the kitchen.
And… we have seen people get Co and kick entire clans members out right before a war.
TROPHIES:
We have no trophy minimum…
again… you have to start somewhere and not everyone can be on all the time…
sometimes real life demands our time.
WARS:
We currently have few enough members that starting war is discussed to ensure everyone can be active.
That has been about twice a week. Once we grow a little more we plan on having wars
as often as possibleto give everyone the chance to be involved.
Wars aren't any fun if you are a spectator all the time
And no one will be upset if you miss a war because you had to take the kids to soccer practice
or stay late at your cost analysis meeting. Just give us a heads up so we can cover your guy for you
AGE:
As lovely as children are… I don't want to play with them on my game
We tried and I wanted to bang my head on a wall while reading the chat.
I have kids, this game is an escape of sorts - so 17+ is where I am starting the age requirement.
That seems to be where the civility begins.
Please note that 17+ is the age requested, but much older is preferred.
The group is currently comprised of 17 - 40-ish yr olds.
SNARKINESS:
This is not a requirement, but will come in handy to avoid being offended in chat
It is also just plain fun.
CONDUCT:
I really don't want to babysit. We are all adults. Lets act as such and just have fun.
1. I'm not going to kick someone over a cuss word here or there (I am a curser),
but excessive unnecessary swearing…
come on, no one wants to hear it.
2. If you are going to just pop in and leave, don't waste your time.
3. Please don't get on and beg for a title. I don't understand that anyway. Ours is an open group so the title 'Elder' doesn't grant you any special 'powers'. But, I have been cursed out for not giving someone Co-Leader, so who knows. But it seems to be the 12-15 yr old crowd that wants those titles, and gives them freely. Then they wonder what happened to their clan when a Co messes with it.
DONATE:
If you see someone asking for troops… help out if you can. Simple
You get achievements for donating, and people will donate to you too. It's a win, win!!
We do not require a minimum. Generally the whole 'weariness of entitlement' in the real world weeds greedy people out. You don't donate, people notice and won't share with you… it's pretty simple really

IN SUMMARY:
TITLES: Elder at one week membership / No Co-Leader promotion at this time
TROPHIES: No Minimum (Higher levels welcome to help out our low level clan)
WARS: Currently averaging twice a week
AGE: 17 + but older preferred
SNARKINESS: Not required but welcome
CONDUCT: Use your head - Don't be a pest
DONATE: Do unto others…..

**As adults, we have enough pressures in life! I'm not here to play until my fingers bleed so I can win a computer generated trophy or position. I am here to enjoy a game. Don't get me wrong, I am seriously competitive and will play the heck out of this game. But some people take it far too seriously and I don't need that kind of pressure. This is supposed to be fun! So, join us! We can play the game for what it was meant for and not for digital glory, lol.
