Hard to take this as legit as the picture is cropped leaving out vital information. Visited him and his base does not display the stacking bug.
Not really sure what is going on here, the guys name is "Your Teacher" he is the leader of the clan (Teachers Lounge).
Edit: I attacked him the buildings that were on top of each other, were actually on top and was not a graphics glitch.
Does SC remove every inactive village? Read this thread.

Might be related, but I had a similar problem yesterday while in base edit mode.
Ended up with two wall segments on top of each other - I had all my walls laid out and was basically finished - all my buildings were laid out as well. But then I accidentally dragged a wallpiece and it disappeared! I counted all the wall pieces twice, and each time there was 1 missing. So then I went into "erase" mode and erased all the walls, and I'm sure that one wall I had to erase twice. Anyway, after erasing all the walls, and putting them back, I had all my walls again...
I did all this in a single edit mode session, before saving. Wasn't going to save until I got back the wall.
