I would definitely say brandon or unity sharp. Brandon has done an amazing job with his heroes and base as well as pushing incredibly high up the leaderboards too.
Although my vote went to Unity Sharp as he not only farmed a max base but also managed to build an entire clan system that today is one of the best in the game both at farming and clan wars (congrats to unity origins on 100 war wins!). Overall, he created a legacy that solidifies him as almost a myth.
