I think I'm the most efficient farmer as I maxed TH7 including walls at just under 70 mill gold and I base this on hearing a bunch of other TH7s mentioning they did it at 100m gold.Now I am currently going through TH8! I am the best farmer, because I was at it before all of the hipsters. Booted out of clans for low trophies and using goblins, I showed them. Muahahahaha.

Noone is the best. Whoever has the most time just gets the achievments.
I would say Unity Sharp because his gold grab is 2 billion and Heroic Heist is like 8.5 million. He is just one of the best farmers period.
It could just as easily be icarus though because he is just an incredible farmer. He can farm zaps faster than most people can farm legos.
