i want to have a new building that can learn a new ability for troops!
abilities:
Wizards'attack bounce 1 time in level 1 (2 bounce lvl 2, 3 bounce lvl3)
Balloon'speed gets more faster +10 speed for 3 sec. lvl1 (lvl 2 last for 5sec. , lvl3 last for 8sec.)
...any sugestion??
