Visitors picked up from higher level towns asking for items locked at my level

This is a known problem, and will be fixed with the next update. In the meantime, do not pick up visitors from levels higher than yours. Only your level or lower. To get the person to leave your store, you must be reputation level 3 or higher. Click on the toggle button (like for your crops and pizzas) and on the second page press the train picture to send them to the train platform.

I am just in level 58 and a person in the cinema ask for oil that's only from level 60, can i remove that person out of the cinema???

This is a known problem, and Nick from SuperCell has said it will be fixed in the next update. Until then, only pick up from neighbors your level or lower to avoid the problem. As for getting the person out of your town shop, try hitting the next page symbol at the bottom of the window that pops up and tells you what they want (like for crops, pizzas, etc.) and on the second page, drag the train over the person. This will send them to the train. But, you have to be reputation level 3 to do it.

Thank you for your help, as I am having same issues...I can see where you send them back, but on one I am having an issue...they are in my diner in first box, want 2 items, and when I click him, looking for the send back to train icon, my screen does not show it...it is cut off...Any idea what I can do to help, I have tried to open my scree bigger and make it smaller, but keeps going back to box in original size Thank you for your help!

I'm looking forward to this getting fixed as I'm the lowest level player in my neighhbourhood and there are only a couple of friends I can fairly safely collect visitors from.

On the plus side (because we don't like moany threads) I'm really enjoying the update - thanks Supercell! :-)

Hi everybody

i picked up visitor from my nh friend

that visitor which came to my town was asking for that stuff in cinema which unlocks at level 66 (it was lemon juice something i guess) and im on level 45 .

how can this be possible ,i cant fulfill the request if im on level 45 how can i put level 66 stuff
please hay day fix it

I think you're describing the same problem a lot of other people have been reporting - I believe it will be fixed in the next update. I can't wait!

Yes, this is a known issue that will be fixed in the next update. In the meantime, only pick up visitors that are from your level,or below. To get the person out of your building, click the "next page" button (like you use for your crops and pizzas), and on the second page click on the train to send the visitor to the train platform.
