Visitors picked up from higher level towns asking for items locked at my level

I hope they fix this soon. As it is its a real bummer we can't visit all our neighbor town and we're limited to only those in neighborhood. And neighborhood is so limited in number.

I am on level 67 and a Town visitor asked for a yoghurt smoothie which I can't produce or purchase until level 70!

I hope they'll fix it quicly. Same problem in our NH.
The neighbors cannot produce or buy the item requested when they pick up visitors from a higher level player..

I picked up a passenger from a neighbors town today, and brought him to my town. He wanted to go to the grocery store, and when I put him in, he wanted five pieces of rice. I am level 53 and cannot even GET rice til level 56. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! This completely wasted the use of my passenger train! So ridiculous!!

Hello!

I am at level 49 but now there's a lady in my 'cinema' asking for something that looks like candy and unlocks at level 51. What am I supposed to do? I can't seem to get her out of my cinema (my town level is 4), and it'll probably take quite some time before I'll be able to get her that orange thingy on a stick ;-). In the meantime my other visitors are idly strolling around...

I just got my train (not personal train, the actual train) and one visitor asked for a green smoothie that unlocks at lvl 70 (i think 70). I am at lvl 65. I have gotten several friends visitors asking for higher level stuff than what I currently am but now getting train visitors asking for that too is ridiculous.

If you would both please submit in-game Report a Problem tickets on this by tapping on the cog icon in the upper corner of your screen and following the prompts to the submittal form.

The wait time for a personal reply is exceedingly long at this point I'm afraid, but I will try to verbally pass this bug along. Please don't forget to submit those tickets as it's very important to have them and the device/player logs attached so they have something to work with to investigate possible causes.

azdave: If you can list your wife's notes on the submission form, that would be of great help. The more details they have of these repeated incidents that she's experienced, the more they have to work with.

First of all, I like the upgrade a lot with the town. But Ive found a visitor asking for olive oil, that is available in level 60 and Im in 57, so its necessary to reject visitor and loose possible gift. I attach image.
