I've seen a lot of bases that has TH8/TH9 level defensive buildings but have all MAX LEVEL 11 walls.

How is that even possible without spending tons of gems. All of whom have over billion gold, most have 2 billion. This is in a clan that we have had a war with, this is a chinese clan that I don't know how to say the name as it is in chinese.

Only way to get all level 11 walls without gemming, and only through farming is being online 24/7.

I'm more curious as to how a th 8 got those lvl 11 walls.
