    Day and Night realtime feature

Who wouldn't want to see a realtime representation of your base. If its night time, its also night on your coc base. If it's morning, it's also morning. You get the idea. I also thought, why not add weather variations like rain. I know it's kinda useless but a little change in scenery wouldn't hurt no one.

i really like the idea of the weather, you are right it's be nice to see the environment change a bit. There would be something cool about going to war in a thunderstorm!!

Nice idea but since people play around the world a day/night feature is hard to implement. Yes ''your'' village can run of your timezone, but what if you attack someone from a different time zone? Are they in darkness like you? or in daytime case they're on the other side of the globe in their timezone? See what I'm getting at

I also thought of that. I think the default would be day time when you attack another base. Would only like to see these implemented on our own bases. (:

For sure I thought about this looong time ago, love to see my base go through my current local weather. Or choose from a specific set of rules, themes. And have our seasonals changed globally as usual.

did you not notice that it snows in-game during the northern hemisphere's winter time?

I never noticed. But again, I just started playing a couple months ago, and it was spring.

Never said it didn't do it, in fact, I'm saying to continue doing it with the additions to local weather.

what you're saying is you'd like for Clash of Clans to be your personal weather station right? So there would be a backend data link to your local weather broadcast/feed which it could tap into in real-time, so that the weather outside at your local city/town would change in the game, as it changes in real life, yes?

Then if you are travelling outside of your local township, wherever you are, there is a GPS locational feed that determines where in the world you are, and what time of the day it is, to once again, bring you reliable real-time graphics to display the accurate weather for your current location?

Now take a moment and consider how much money this would cost SC to implement (servers, programming hours, staff, etc.), how much larger the game files would have to be and how much longer it would take to load the game, and then think of how much of an impact it makes to the current game in terms of gameplay.

Use your common sense and Logix, you will see that the cost-benefit to implementing this is absolutely TERRIBLE for SC.

Didn't consider this. But yeah, since I've been programming for 25 years, I can do this in 2 hours and will cost exactly 600$ per month. Too much money to part ways with, right? How much does supercell make again? lol

But ofc, you overlook the static theme idea, right? And you also don't admit you didn't understand my post the first time, right?

Aha. Trying for that mod position are we? lol.
