Should be able to use multiple builders on one project to speed it up (would encourage ppl to buy more builders as gems are rarely used to speed up construction).
Ruled out, people that have for example, 14 day upgrades would be like 3 days, so no need for gems. AND gems are always used to speed up constructions in gemmers. I think that you're not a gemmer, not knowing that. Which is normally good

For practice and training. Experienced players and help teach their newer players....plus it would just be fun
Lower THs can learn how to attack more powerful opponent.
Sorry, this idea is also ruled out, as top players would get alt. accounts or friend to copy another top player's base, and attack until they get it just right.
