Cavebears *new thread*

Recently, I stole around 1500 DE with three lightning spells from a guy named GodlikeLT from the Chinatown XVI clan. He revenge-raided me today with one lightning spell and 10 (ten!) dragons. Of course, he attacked from the side where my air defense unit was in mid-upgrade. The funny part is that while it was a 29 trophy loss for me, i only lost 39k G, 83k E, and 81 DE.

So, while revenge is best served cold (which he failed to realize), it is also best served from the ground.

I didn't bother attacking this guy, because of the low resources, but this is the second time I've ran across him. You guys asked for a screenshot last time, so here it is. He didn't even have the outside ring of walls last time. I like that he has a block of fire walls on the right side.

The current process:

Brief summary of Leadership events. On Sunday the current leader will pass the leadership to a new leader. The new leader then gives the nominated bad donars a viking funeral. Rinse and repeat next Sunday.

Proposal:

That the above be changed so that the transfer of leadership take place after nominated members have been sacrificed to Thor.

The main reason for this is that it is likely the current leader has been more active and observant during the previous week so can therefore be better prepared and make an informed judgement as to the fate of low donators.

As always deadmans hand applies, should there be no objections this will come to pass.

A week has now passed since this proposal was posted, as there have been no objections the thread will be updated to reflect this change.,

I suggest the following policy be adopted by all clans when their numbers become near capacity (capacity is not 50, but is rather in the range of 45 to 50).

This is a general suggestion, obviously it will depend specifically on room avialable in clans, the nature of the members, and the intentions of each clan involved.

• Send all willing trophy hunters who meet the requirements of Skybears to the Skybears clan. Skybears currently requires a trophy count of 1200 and the ability to donate level 4 archers. But it is very new and these requirements are only a guideline at the moment and may change. Please adopt a very flexible attitude when it comes to accommodating people who want to join Skybears.

• Send high level, high donating, farmers go to the Cavebears clan, subject to room available in Cavebears.

• Send medium level, medium activity, farmers to the Riverbears clan. At the moment Riverbears still has only a 50 troops per week donation target. But you may need to check with Karthi (Guardian of Riverbears) if that is set to change in the near future. We were still debating it at the time I left Riverbears.

• Send lower levelled members to the Icebear clan.

When I say "send" I dont necessarily mean tell what people what to do like its an order. Rather, that members are given a choice, or are encouraged to move. For example a high level, high donating member may be encouraged to join Cavebears. Of course in some cases it depends on the circumstances of each individual member. For example a member of cavebears who does not meet the requirements may be given the choice of moving to Riverbears or being kicked. In this case its not really so much of a choice, but I think you know what I mean.

Note that Icebears is undergoing a systematic replacement policy at the moment. Inactive players are being removed one at a time. Therefore expect to see a steady decline in Icebear numbers over the next two weeks. If however any clan is facing a crunch of full numbers, let us know at Icebears and we will speed up the process to create room for active low levelled members.

Removing sleepy Bears and new Bears gives us:

Neither has met the target. However Koolprince has been with the bears a loooooong time and has indicated that he has been busy, Guardian recommendation is therefore that Koolprince is given the choice to move to either Riverbears or Skybears. As for JasonP520 he has also proven to be a good member since his joining a few weeks ago, therefore again it is the guardian recommendation that Jason is asked to move to Riverbears or Icebears.

but wait .....

Although Mike is new there is no excuse, absolutely none whatsoever, for having donated 0, yes 0 troops! therefore get the catapult out unharness fluffy...... let the fun begin!!!!
