I can't believe this is a real complaint. It should be complicated if they design their base well!

I agree with most of the responses here. If you go to the effort of hiding your CC it shouldn't be easy to disable. If you don't hide it the troops inside are almost useless. Your decision. That said, I fail to see why the troop deployment rate from the castle is not the same as the troop deployment rate for the attacker. It is their castle and their village. They can even jump over walls. One would think they know how to deploy in a timely fashion.
I 100% strongly disagree with the OP's stance on this, in fact I had a similar reaction to Axion. I know you're not trolling because you are so specific in your explanation and you are not being at all sarcastic, but the your suggestions made my palm hit my face.
So obviously you already do know HOW to lure CC troops, which is the greatest battle to overcome. From here, all you need to do is tweak your strategy. Let me share a strategy for luring that works extremely well for me.
1) if possible, always lure with barbs. They can usually take a couple point defense hits (ATs or cannons) and they walk all over the place, triggering traps. Second choice for deeper lures would be hogs, or giants and a couple WBs.
2) continue luring the CC until the last troop you use to lure has definitely entered luring range, but no more troops are coming out. This is definitely necessary for all archer CCs. But for something simple like dragons or all wizards, you can simply count the number of troops that have come out and you will quickly be able to do the math to see when all troops are out of there.
3) Always lure heroes too. Here's the order: AQ, BK, then CC troops. This is the order you should kill them. If you deviate from this order, one can tank for the other and you will lose unnecessary troops trying to take out what you lured. This step is debatable, but again, works great for me. The worst thing is an AQ at the back of the line or mass wizards at the back, smoking all your troops ♥♥♥♥ing away at a high HP BK.
4) For clan wars, take a few minutes to plan out your attack. That's the greatest advantage you have......... time to plan.
The game is balanced regardless, because regardless of whether CCs are super tough to lure, it's not only for one clan, it's true for both clans. You can't dispute that.
3-stars are meant to be tough to get. If it's too tough, consider attacking an easier target, or try what I've outlined above.
Good luck. Practice makes perfect.

I agree. No need to change anything. It is not supposed to be easy to lure out cc troops. That is the point of the game. Learn how to use a better strategy. I have yet to find a base that I have trouble with luring out cc troops. Check what TH and cc lvl your opponent has. If he is at TH 9 with a lvl 4 cc and only 10 archers come out you should be smart enough to figure out that there is more in there
Then nobody will ever need cc troops for defense ever again![]()

And troops leave the Clan Castle only when there's troops in the radius. Once there's no more troops in the radius, killed by King or other defenses, there's no need for more troops to exit the castle. Those that have already exit will wait until there's a target for them to attack, inside or outside of the clan castle radius. You will have troops remain inside the castle if you haven't lured them out completely.
I think this is perfectly acceptable.
I lost a sure 3 or at least 2 star because I had lured what appeared to be 20 archers out of the CC. So after I killed them all, I proceeded with my attack. Once my troops entered the CC radius a friggin' witch pops out! Was left with just a 1 star.
While it's a loss, it was a great defensive victory for my opponent. His choices of CC troops lead to his success and my failure. Am I to want to have the game CHANGED because of MY failure?
If we modified the game each time we failed, to make sure we don't fail, would this even be a GAME anymore?

I agree, this complaint is stupid.
I disagree completely with the OP. I find CC troops get lured out way too easily and leave a well designed wall structure too fast. Why would they just follow a random archer or barbarian around to a corner of a camp? In my opinion the troops should never leave the clan castle radius they came out of similar to the heros.
