I think it's when you put white bed sheets over your head and then you run and try and enter into an enemy clan during a CW.
In seriousness though, it's when people basically fake attacks on other people during CW through disconnecting from the servers

I don't think they've added ghosts yet, but it sounds like a good idea for a Dark Elixir troop!
