No Naming and shaming is a standard policy is most official gaming forums, the ones I've been on. Its not uncommon and its there for a reason.

thats depends on how smart and fast SC mods works (they put their QQ fan page on their own clan status and they talk about it in there), i reported it yesterday with the evidence attached. the interesting part of the case is, they show their own flaw and think that no one abroad may understand what are they talking about and they were talking in such a public space. lol

How SC will know if they are the real holders of those accounts?

I only saw them discussing about the software but there is no proof that they have decided to or actually using it in CoC.

You should just send your 'evidence' to SC like what you did and that's it. No need to publicise here in the forum. Innocent until proven guilty yay?

They got to activate the ghostriding software before log in into the game.
Look on the green chinese character on the right side of the screen. I'm sure you guys that ever used this kind of stuff

That's stupid. Name and shame is a proven method of corrective action. If you don't want bad publicity don't cheet. Tons of retail shops will post bounced checks on a wall of shame, and those have full name and addresses. People here are posting virtual names of people who clearly violate rules. Yet you're going to reprimand them instead. Get a grip chief.
