Reporting players doesn't help!?!?

Yes one person said he wished my family would die in a car bomb because I would not invite him and I sent pictures to supercell on top of reporting the player and I see he is still playing the game! I think that was cause for termination in my boat!!

Consider that support is heavily loaded, so it might takes weeks before getting through, and when it will, don't expect to know their decision.

It has been said that Supercell receives an unrealisticlly high number of reports through their in game support. With that, it has also been said that Supercell reads them all. It may take some time for them to get to yours and when they do, if the offense is deemed sever enough, the offender should be dealt with.

Hey buddy, there are a lot of immature adults/kids playing this game. There are those types of people in all the other games too, even in real life at your sons school. Some people are just looking for something to hate on, it's the internet. Even if Supercell did ban the guy who threatened your family in game(Remember this is probably just an immature 10-13 year old), there are tons more immature people who are sometimes worse.

So here's the solution:
1.If you see someone say something extremely offensive, screenshot it and send it to Supercell. However, I just mute them and move on.

2. Don't let your son go on Global, tell him it's a bad place and he shouldn't go there. Help him find a nice kid friendly clan so he can talk there instead. If he does go on global though... Thankfully the chat is strict and he shouldn't see too many cuss words. Also, global isn't always bad, and it shouldn't affect your son too much. So yeah, don't ever open global, I don't.

Well thank u for informing me of this its just really sad that i have to watch my son play because he is too young to be on global by himself because im tired of people saying things that a nine year old shouldn't see!! I mean I understand but wow I sent in pictures of that one guys messages to me and still nothing I think if you have proof then it should count makes me not even want to play anymore

Well, it's time for that kid to learn that stuff, *slurp*. No joke, just relog or mute the person. This game is full of immature people, just don't listen to them unless you want to be immature yourself!

It takes 7 people to ban a person. Also, it bans them from global chat, not the game

The report feature gets abused, mute(demp) is a more useful option.

If it took one person to report someone, then it would be CHAOS.

Trolls ｌ would report everyone they see, and everyone would be reported for no reason. The report limit would not be able to stop this!
