I recently found a TH 6 in crystal 3. He/she did max their base.

I dont think you thought about farmers....
this is how i think it should be

BRONZE: TH2, TH3, TH4, TH5
SILVER: TH4, TH5, TH6, TH7
GOLD: TH6, TH7, TH8, TH9, TH10
CRYSTAL: TH7, TH8, TH9, TH10
MASTER: TH9, TH10
CHAMPION: TH9, TH10

Maybe im not allowed to put th's in multiple leagues....

NOTE: TH1 is not in here, because you upgrade to TH2 in the tutorial
