    Wall Upgrades W/O Builder

    Since a builder doesn't run to a wall to upgrade it, why have a free one to upgrade a wall?

    This is a good idea. However, upgrades are upgrades, and every one upgrade requires a builder. Even if the builders doesn't really run to the upgrade of walls, it still requires..... A builder...
