Learn How 2 Recruit!I've seen and heard of many people struggling to get members into their new clans. Well in this guide I hope to go deep and give you specific tips to fill your clan quickly!
First off you will need a very good Clan Recruitment thread. Now once you have all of this you should be set up to be a great clan! However I have a few things to add....
Be UNIQUE! If you try to make a hardcore farming clan you will be in competition with the rising family azure family centum etc. It's very hard to get members in your clan over theirs so lets face it, you need something different!
For example, The clan im in is Forum Bound which is a part of the FORUM ALLIANCE, the very first forum started forum run clan! Now this clan is just a few days have over 3k views on the thread and almost 2 clans filled and stable!
See, if you have something special and UNIQUE, people will join you!
Now if I told you ideas it wouldn't be original anymore would it? So be creative! Use your imagination!
Now you have a great clan idea that's original and you are finally ready to get this thing going.
DON't USE GLOBAL
Maybe 1/50 members you recruit might be decent, but just trust me here, you will find too many immature hoppers there!
Now when you go the looking for clan forum and recruit, try to make the message personal! Show them you put effort INTO the post and that you really really care about them joining! Something I do as well is FOLLOW UP TO THEM via PM. This shows you really took the effort to invite him, rather than just blindly copy and paste on 1 thousand threads. I used to copy and paste on many threads, but by using this technique ive been posting less, but results are better!
Also using other sites like social media. youtube etc. also help and work well!
Now you are bringing in members, but they are LEAVING!
You can follow all of this and still end up with people leaving the clan after joining. This requires you to be friendly, active and on as much as you possibly can. After that, there is only so much you can do! If you can get some dedicated members have them help you recruit and stay super active and friendly!
Now I know most of this seems very obvious, but I've seen many clans that don't have an idea on how to build them!
