Non donation punishment

I think we need a punishment for ppl who join a clan and take troops but want donate. Kicking them is fine but does not teach a lesson. I suggest an attack train ran on them by at least 10 members of the clan before kicking them. Set a limit like 0-250 and 2 warns before initiating punishment.

This idea is interesting. However, it would be very hard and complicated. Why not just give them other punishments.
