Its for clans war.

A problem is : In clans, there are many members leave this game cuz their job or others things, but som of them are leader's friends. So leader dont want to kick them out. But others members in clans wanna win clans war, so they have to chose: leave the clans familiar, or just forget the Clans war. But if leader kick those leavers out, when those leavers back, they found they are not in clans familiar, maybe they will leave this game forever.

This problem always happens. So we need a plan for it.

A friendly clans, every clans could have one and only one friendly clans. Peoples who wanna join clans war stay 1 clans, others who wanna play a casual game stay in other clans, but 2 clans can be friendly clans with 2 leader's agreements. If some1 in war clans wanna leave this game a periode. He can change to the friendly clans with leader's agreements. But when he wanna back to clans war, they can change back.
