Very simple idea. At the end of the war, a 10 minute period will be added and a single extra/final attack will be granted under the following circumstances/qualifications.
1. The clan who had less active players is only 3 stars or less behind.
2. The clan who had more active players used a tenth more of the attacks used by the losing, less active clan.
3. The less active clan must have a member who achieved 6 stars on players who are ranked within the top 10 on average, of the opposing team. (If more than 1 player achieves this then the extra attack will be randomly awarded.)
Examples: clan a vs. clan b:
Clan a: 87 stars 50/90 attacks used
Clan b: 90 stars 55/90 attacks used
This would result in a final attack for clan a. Should they have a member who completed the 3rd qualification.
Example 2: clan c vs clan d
Clan c: 99 stars 60/90 attacks used
Clan d: 103 stars 90/90 attacks used
Clan c would not be awarded a final attack because they failed to qualify under the 1st circumstance.
Conclusion: this system would only delay the current system by 10 minutes. All player who meet the 3rd qualification would need to have troops ready. This sytem would only be applied to close battles that were determined by inactivity. I dont think this is a drastic change because of the limitation it has on availability. Well i hope its considered.
