First of all, a full-blown movie would likely be much more expensive than supercell would be willing to make.

Secondly, HOW would you create even a remotely interesting storyline, if basing it off of a game? What, have a barbarian as the main character, who ends up killing his enemies, only to vanish in a puff of elixir? I'll answer for you... No.

EDIT: just saw the post with the trailer... I suppose there will be a movie...
