The best loot may be 5% of loot available or may be lower to avoid multiple account, then when we visit our friend we can't see where their traps , you must have a good distance about 5 or 10 level between you and who you fight with
This make us to know how good our friend's defense and we can have more fun
I think can be a good idea to have more fun in clash of clans
The system could easily be abused to gain lots of trophies...

First of all this is a unique idea it is just too overpowered and if no trophies or loot who would do it? Sorry man but hope you have some more ideas.

I don't see the point in attacking your friends... Is it just to know wether you are better at CoC than your friends ? It would be a waste of time and money if you receive no loot, and it's not very friendly to attack your friends... Also if your friends are in your clan, which is likely to be the case, you would know where their traps and telsas are. Or worse, you would be attacking the CC troops you have just given him!
