All your statisctis about human suffering is of absolutely no relevance to this discussion. Why don't you also bring up global warming and comets threat from Space?

I am sick of people trying to justify the absolutely horrible and inhumane conditions that farm animals live in. I won't even go into the statisctis of how much people one pig can feed and how much people all the grains (that went for that pig's food) can feed.
I should donate money to farmers? You must be kidding or plain ignorant.

The fact is that pigs (along with cows, chickens and some others) are the most abused animal on this planet. You give them water and roof above their head and call it satisfactionary? Do you realisse pigs are as intelligent as dogs? They are gentle, social and smart creatures. But what do you care, you just want your 5 minutes of lunch fun, huh?

Again, this video should not win based on this fact alone. Big companies should promote humanism and strive towards more educated and compasionate world. This video is just horrible.

And I also will bring up Global Climate Change (It is not called Global Warming, it is common knowledge but apparently not to you), we should be focusing on realistic problems like hunger and Global Climate Change and not your silly game let's treat livestock like the Queen of England. I am absolutely sick of people like you who ignore the fact that millions are dying from hunger and you would rather help a pig than another human?

But if anything as Mahatma Gandhi once said, "Be the change you want to see." Feel free to start a campaign, no one is stopping you. I will be waiting to hear about that campaign. Oh wait! I do realise (let me know if you prefer "realize") that you have been spoonfed patterns and ways of thinking, but perhaps sometimes a person should just sit down and think about stuff, you know. Think about how interconnected we all are on this planet.

So life of a pig is worth less than life of a human, ok. Well yeah, if we look scientifically, humans are more intelligent than pigs. But what you are now doing is playing God, categorizing importance of life by it's intelligence. So is a person with less IQ (but maybe better by heart) worth less than a person with a high IQ (but maybe a Hitler)?
Perhaps you need more factors to evaluate life, wadda ya think? Let's add "good looking". And "strong". So now we value forms of life that are "intelligent", "good looking" and "strong".
This scale i, of course, based on human's perception of "intelligent", "good looking" and "strong". So it's biased from the start.
What I'm saying is, you don't need a 0-10 scale for evaluating life, you should respect all life.

And when humanity starts to respect all life, then MAYBE we can save ours.
