It happen to me as well. I can't attack, i can't wrote anything on the chat (my keyboard didn't pop out) and the lagging is unbearable.
Can't even do the goblin mission while we wait for matchmaking.

Any mods on? if it was a timer I would have thought it would have expired by now as its been over 30 mins and they projected 15 min for the break.
TLDR: I think its a bug that will need to be fixed
