16/05 - Some known issues!

Just wanted to check in case I'm going crazy but is anyone else missing gems? I completed the "Sweet Victory!" achievement before the update which has the reward or 450 gems. I only appears to have 399 gems which is weird because I rarely spend gems and all the other gems I have been saving up to now are missing. I know I had over 500 gems because I was planning to get the third builders hut.

As soon as I launch the game from my Droid RAZR M android device, it will go to the supercell screen and go to the loading bar only for it to immediately go back to the supercell screen in an endless circle. This worked fine as of up to yesterday but today with the new update, I am unable to play. I didn't see this under the list of problems so I figured I would let you know.

Hello, I took a screen capture of a few issues I found.

All replays that happened before the maintenance break were deleted. This usually happens after every maintenance break ,

After I upgraded CoC, I can't even open it. It (sometimes) manages to load my village, and after 1 sec, it just crashes. I've never had this problem b4. Anyone else has this issue?

Sgt-at arms
Duties
1.can start clan wars
2.can opt in/out of clan wars
3.can choose people who can participate in clan wars
clans should only be allowed too have 2 of these
Secretary

1.can send clan mail
2.can see who has been active when(so people can eliminate inactives)
3.can send msgs to individual people in the clan

Clan bank
This is just an idea but i think there should be a clan bank where people can donate war loot and leader (or you could create a banker position to distrubute it) can give it out but only certain amounts can be given to every one person each day to prevent abuse but this would help out the clan and theres really no way this can be abused
another way to go abt this is all loot earner by the clan go be distributed evenly but i like the first idea better bc as leader i wanna help my lower people

We're aware of some issues that appeared after the latest submission, most of them are tiny with no real impact and will be fixed in the next update.

The biggest problem has already been solved, though, but it will still affect the ongoing wars: when scouting a war base, multi-target defenses will be seen in default single mode but when you're attacking, you might actually find out they're set to multi-target.
Everything will be well for players that start the war after the maintenance, but those with ongoing wars will be affected by this issue until the war is over.

Also, the chat during matchmaking had to be disabled for the time being as it was causing some crashes when players tapped on the respective window. Normal chat in the Home view is still available for everyone of course


Here's a list of all the known issues:


1) XP bar appears visually as full all the time (but players still gain XP and will progress normally in levels!), so it's only a visual bug and it's not affecting your progress in any way;

2) Obstacles removal progress bar from normal village can be seen during war base edit mode - don't be surprised to find a random "ghost" progress bar in your War Edit mode!

3) Some "under construction" defense buildings and traps have small visual bugs while in the edit war base mode;

4) Buildings' shadows and base can be seen for a short moment when exiting the war base edit mode and not saving;

5) No visual attack range shown in the war base edit mode if the defense is still under construction;

6) Edit war base recovery mode does not work properly, it goes like this:

a. go to war base edit mode
b. put some buildings in the inventory and make other changes to the game area
c. while editing, lose connection/kill the game/lock the device
d. reload and go to the war base edit mode
e. all buildings that were moved around in the game area are set to their original position (the one from the already saved war base). Trying to place buildings from the inventory and repeating the steps will result in the same behavior.


Again, we can't thank you enough for reporting these issues so promptly and for your patience!

i upgraded some buildings before i updated the game. when it updated, i went online, i should have been in level 47 by now, but my level still in 46, but my xp bar shows full xp but it says "752"

I saw this reply earlier in the thread and though the Clan Bank was a great idea.. How can we feature request this?

This isn't an idea thread. Stop spamming. Supercell really should ban these people right away. They might be new but they are asked when making an account to read the rules. If they are too lazy to read them, that's their problem, not the many people they annoy.


But thanks for the update and hope everything gets fixed soon. (Although most of these bugs aren't so concerning for me but the experience bar just annoys me a little bit)
