It is also explained in the FAQ in clan wars that it dont, I do not get this "I hope it does"
I am glad the complainers did not have their way with this issue, I am shocked in seeing how many people can't see the problems of having it count under something

Started the game in January and three days later became a member of Zombie brains, the only clan I ever been in. Town hall eight since April 16th.

Don't speed upgrade your town hall, being a level nine or ten does not help you if you have gold walls or lower.
