SC should freeze our boost timer while having maintenance. That's is a damn waste of 50 gems.

I agree that they should but there may be unforeseen problems with that.

I agree with you. Maybe a notice an hour before updates and not just less than 5 minutes!
Seriously? This maintenance takes 15 minutes. If you boosted 4 Barracks and Spell Factory, thats 10/8x5 = 6.25 Gems lost, which is equal to 7 Cents.
