I tried looking for the topic in the search bar and couldn't find it, anyway here's the thing, in my opinion if you would like to switch to a farming base while your using a defensive base and vice versa, people like me may be too lazy or may not have enough time to make a new base every time they want to switch the base lay out, so my idea is that you would have your original layout that you made for defense, when you tap on the change lay out button, you will be able to make a farming base then save it as a second lay out, which you can switch out with your original one, this is so we could save time and slight effort with making bases and such, so you can have multiple saved layouts but only 1 current layout. I hope i just didn't look hard enough and that this is an original idea. Thank You Super Cell for this wonderful game.
First, this idea was already been posted a lot of times. The reason why you can't search about this topic is that, you need to have the title of the threads. However, this would be awesome but, this will be complicated when new buildings and upgrades has been added. But maybe SC would find a way.
I see your point, but if that happens it would be up to us to update the save layout, its just a saved design, they can make it that we ourselves have to update it it with the new buildings we have, and if not we wont be able to use it
