    Gem Tree/Bush idea

    Pretty simple.. you can purchase a small gem seed for gold/elixir from the resources menu. 2 different types a bush or a tree. Maximum of 2 at a time.. plant the seed on a 3x3 land area for the tree or 2x2 fpr the bush. The tree has a minimum growth time of 10 days and the bush 5 days.

    The area where planted will go from a soil graphic to a full grown tree or bush over the time frame and will be fully grown at the end of the timeframe. When fully grown it can be harvested for free (since you already paid for it) for a respectable amount of gems.

    If the tree is allowed to grow past the minimum required time it will gain more gems. So as an example.. a 10 day tree could grant 150 gems at 10 days and will gain 5 gems per day afterward up to maximum of 200 until harvested at which time it dissappears and must be repurchased and planted again.

    Additionally. .. the tree can be destroyed by attackers granting them 4 gems. 2 for a bush... The tree repairs itself like any other building after the battle and continues to grow but the tree lost those 4 gems.

    Or.. you could just give the tree a maximum growth duration and have it gain X amount of gems per day... when the tree is destroyed it loses a small % of its accrued gems... at the end of the 10 days it stops growing and can be harvested. The harvest yield will be more if you did a good job defending the tree and it will yield less for each time it was destroyed. And possibly a bonus for having it never destroyed over the 10 days.

    This will give people something else to protect in the middle of the base and I think it would make bases look better overall.

    Any gem farming ideas have been ruled out sorry.

    I see nothing in the ruled out section that states that my idea is"ruled out" gem mines are rulled out as well as donating gems.. but nothing about growing gems.

    Well technically this is a gem mine is it not? Gems are pemium, thats why you cant mine/farm them
